Children’s Day Program organized by Sky International Academy Under the Guidance of Nayi Roshni Foundation.

On the 14th of November 2017, a program was organized in Hedayatpur L.P. School for the students. This celebration marked the birth anniversary of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru which is popularly celebrated as Children’s Day. The celebration was organized under the guidance of the Principal of Hedayatpur L. P. School, Mrs. Mereja Begum. The celebration conducted by Nayi Roshni foundation with the joint effort of Sky International Academy, included a few performances by the students of the lower primary school as well as by the active students of the volunteering aviation academy. The day started with felicitation of the respected Principal ma’am with a ‘Phulam Gamucha’ which was followed by speech delivery session, where students and faculty members spoke on this special occasion.

With the end of all the scheduled performances, sweets and books distribution ceremony was conducted among the children as a token of love from the foundation. Books about the legendary lives of our national heroes were distributed to the kids.

The celebration was wrapped up with a ‘Vote of Thanks’ by one of the volunteer of Nayi Roshni foundation. In conclusion, it can be said that the overall event organized was a great accomplishment, as its main motive was to promote the power of knowledge through books distribution and also love and joy among all, thus making all the children very joyous and feel special.
